Buyer-Broker Agreement

What is it?
The most often used document is a signed agreement to work exclusively with one buyer’s agent. This allows the agent the advantage of knowing that his buyer will not purchase a property through another agent, and allows him to devote his efforts to that client in an exclusive arrangement. It also allows the buyer the advantage of knowing that his agent will be working to find the best home and the best deal for him on an excusive basis and feel confident that his agent will devote the time necessary to accomplish the buyer’s goals. Buyer-Broker Agreements are cancellable by either party. Consider signing this agreement with a buyer’s agent so that you can be represented with the most advantage in your purchase.
